Developing Your Web Strategy

We help identify your goals and constraints, work with you on project planning, and assist with defining your Web content strategy.

Your Goals

We will work with you to define your Web-related goals, helping to answer these and other questions:

  • Who are our target audiences? What are their needs?
  • What staff resources do we have for this project?
  • What, if any, technical resources can we invest?
  • When is our target date for project completion?
  • How much will all this cost?

Project Planning

Once we have reached a final agreement, we will coauthor and sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that describes our relationship, responsibilities, your project plan, and costs.

The project begins once the MOU is signed. The actual work, as specified in the MOU, may begin earlier or later, depending on urgency and our backlog.

We typically begin the project by migrating your site's content. Following this, we put in place the site's design and other features. The goal is to get your Web site up and running in the Content Management System (CMS) as quickly as possible. Refining site content, structure, and design are much easier when your site is in a CMS. It's what they do best!

Content Strategy

On the Web, Content is king. We work with you every step of the way to make sure your site's content is well organized, user-friendly, findable, accessible, and popular with search-engines.
