Subversion 1.5 on svn.plone.org

by Erik Rose

The server is now running 1.5.1. Merge-tracking will come in the next few days.

The Good News

It’s my pleasure to announce that svn.plone.org is now running Subversion 1.5.1. Please report any weirdnesses you encounter to me or Alex Clark.

As always with svn, you can continue to use your old clients with impunity. (But why would you want to, when all this could be yours?)

Merge Tracking Later

The fancy-schmancy new merge-tracking will come in the next few days when we update the repository format (after finding a place to park a 6GB backup). Until then, we’ll preserve our ability to roll back in the unlikely event of some disastrous problem.

Wishing you the very best in version controlling,

Erik Rose
