Kevin Kalupson
After an almost three year hiatus, Kevin Kalupson (a.k.a. kevin7kal) has returned to the WebLion team as a Programmer Analyst. Since 2005, Kevin worked as Senior Technologist for Knewco, Inc., a start up company, whose goal is to solve common research problems through knowledge management and knowledge discovery. His work was mostly done from remote, but included monthly meetings in either Rockville, MD or Rotterdam, The Netherlands. His responsibilities fell primarily within the categories of System Architecture and Software Engineering. However, as with most start ups, this varied and could change on any given day. While away from the WebLion team, not only has his experience grown, but his family has, as well. He and his wife Cori have welcomed two more daughters to their family. Along with Rosalie, Sofia and Anya bring the total to three.Since his return, Kevin has been immersed in open-source Web-based content management system components as a designer/developer. He is primarily focusing on learning objects and digital object repositories. We are excited to have Kevin back on our team and welcome the benefit of his experience and knowledge.
